There is a safespot at the beginning of the dungeon, from which the terrorbirds can be attacked with any 9 range or higher weapon, such as a crossbow on longrange, by opening the two doors leading to the first terrorbird room and luring several, then standing 9 tiles away near the warped tortoise.

The warped sceptre is a powered staff requiring 62 Magic to wield, available as a drop from warped terrorbirds or warped tortoises with level 56 Slayer.

A stronger variant of jelly, the Warped Jelly, can be found in the Catacombs of Kourend. These jellies have a slightly improved drop table, access to the Catacombs tertiary drop table and are in a multicombat area, making them ideal for AoE attacks such as bursts and chinchompas.
